The ideal candidate:
1+ year experience in digital marketing/media buying;
Experience with Facebook campaigns;
Proven experience in planning, implementing, managing and optimizing projects/ campaigns;
Highly inquisitive about the latest innovations and passionate about delivering results;
Experience in negotiating and working with multiple suppliers/clients/projects
Excel skills – medium level for reporting purposes;
Advanced English skills – for written and verbal communication with suppliers
Manage end to end digital campaigns to drive online respondents to join Ipsos communities using a variety of channels (affiliates, CPA, CPL, CPI, programmatic, e-mail marketing, display, social etc);
Plan, budget, implement, monitor, create reports, and optimize campaigns in terms of volume, price, quality and conversion rates against KPI’s;
Search, test, negotiate and implement new online campaigns with new partners in North America & Europe;
Develop trusted relationships with various vendors on all aspects of the daily campaigns, from negotiations, to contract signing, to campaign closure;
Pro-actively grow the digital business, help increase efficiencies and identify new opportunities to increase reach and calls to action;
Manage digital finance process and reconciliation.
