• Very good level of office tools (especially Excel) and rigorous in data manipulation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Advanced level of English and French; availability to travel to France.

• Reporting - Consolidate data for compensation benchmarks and legal obligations;
• Generate ad hoc reports regarding the company's staff in France;
• Calculate monthly travel bonuses and other monthly and annual expertise allowances.
