Education:
Student or graduate

Experience and Work-based competencies:
Relevant experience in Customer Service
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Fluency in English

HR Shared Services Advisor
Interface between employees and the HR department.

Preview:
HR Shared Services Advisor act as an interface between employees and the HR department. Also, in this job you must offer support to the employees and ensure the improvement of communication between them and the HR department.

Main responsibilities:
Resolves all requests received by e-mail from employees through askhr portal and HR call center.
Register in Vantive (employees dedicated database) all employees requests and their resolution.
Informs and councils all employees in all HR aspects: administrative, wage, recruitment, training and
development, performance evaluation.
Propose solutions and variants of solving employees requests.
Centralizes all suggestions received from employees, find solutions in best time and propose them to all
HR teams.
Implements the proposed solution and monitors the feedback received from employees.
Proposes development solutions and/or modifications for askhr portal in order to
automatize the HR processes.
