Email Marketing Manager

· 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, email execution
· Fanatical attention to detail and knowledge of how to design, code, and QA responsive email templates
· Excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal skills.
· Experience in data preparation, interpretation, and reporting
· Understanding of HTML and CSS
· Fluent English

· Define, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation strategies, schedules and analytics
· Code and build all emails, using existing and new templates, ensuring best practices are implemented.
· Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance
· Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email performance
· Own, manage, grow email database
· Monitor and optimize email deliverability and reputation
· Ensure email campaigns comply with all appropriate legal regulations
· Other duties as assigned
