What you bring to the team
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
-Fluent English, written and spoken;
-PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, excellent Power Point skills;
-Solid communication skills;
-High standards of order, quality & efficiency;
-Discrete and able to handle confidential information;
-Quick learner, proactive and able to prioritize;
-Solving problems attitude.
Supporting our team in achieving business objectives and being involved in a continuous learning process alongside us.
-Organizing the manager’s agenda (meetings, interviews, conferences, seminars etc);
-Organizing different events ( training sessions, visits, team building);
-Preparing business translations into/from English;
-Keeping the Intranet page updated and editing intranet articles;
-Involving in drafting the department’s budget and follow up on departments’ expenses;
-Preparing the agenda and take minutes for board meetings;
-Preparing presentations, graphs, reports for meetings;
Managing arrangements for meetings, travel, accommodation etc.
