    Our requirements:
     Minimum 1 year prior Operations experience in shared services, Business Process
    Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process mgmt. environment
     High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant
    market/region that will be supported
     Excellent level of Russian and good level of English
     Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most
    importantly empathy
     Friendly and outgoing personality
     Self-motivation and result-orientation

    Responsabilitati

    Your responsibilities:
     Answering various user requests
     Achieving great users satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs
     Become and remain knowledgeable about platform products and working standards
     Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user
    experience
     Actively and creatively contributes to the whole support process, thus providing the
    best services to the users
     Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for
    platform’s users
     Respond to user inquiries with high-quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
     Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable
    solutions to improve the support of all users
     Enforce company`s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
     Use manuals to moderate and filter flagged content
