    PROFESSIONAL, lider pe piata agentiilor de Resurse Umane din Romania, ofera clientilor sai servicii complete in domeniul resurselor umane: recrutare, testare, selectie si plasare de personal, leasing de personal, assessment & development centers, evaluare de personal, audit organizational si training.


    • Bachelor degree in Finance;
    • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or External Audit;
    • Excellent English command;
    • ACCA/CIMA started represents a strong advantage;
    • P&L and Balance Sheet understanding, business scenario, profitability analysis;
    • MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point;
    • Highly analytical skills- ability to conduct detailed financial analysis;
    • Ability to think outside of the box and challenge processes;
    • Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Ability to make financial information "user friendly" to non-financial end users.;
    • Ability to set & manage deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment.


    • Finance business partner for the function that you are working with;
    • Responsible for building and controlling the budget;
    • Providing meaningful analysis and reports for business decisions;
    • Monthly participating and active involvement in financial statement review before submission;
    • Performing variance analysis and provide explanations versus different periods;
    • Being part of the decision-making process for cross-functional decisions;
    • Looking for improvement and optimization solutions to reach cost efficiencies;
    • Being active part of cross functional teams for different projects;
    • Highlight to the management business insights.
