    University degree (preferably Economics, Commerce)
    Good understanding of the HoReCa business in Constanta
    Sound knowledge about the key success activities for specific HoReCa customers cross country
    Proven capabilities in planning, organizing and managing resources
    Very good specific market knowledge (sourcing, payment terms, critical paths, business mechanics etc.)
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    Able to think creatively and inspire others to search for options
    Cross functional collaboration ability
    Proven sales professional
    Solid work ethic
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy (MS Office)


    Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of HoReCa major clients to ensure their loyalty
    Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    Development and execution of specific customer strategy, service requirements and sales initiatives for HoReCa major customers by segment (Hotels, restaurants, etc)
    Accountable for sales, process management, budget planning, Key Accounts HORECA development
    Operational responsibilities: develop the strategies for the Cash & Carry to approach HoReCa customers by target groups, programs and procedures, customers and employee training, establishing key strategic alliances and providing support to growing networks
    Monitors KPI’s derived from the company’s strategic goals regarding Key Accounts HoReCa development
