    Experience required:
    - 2+ years of experience in a Recuiter role
    - German language advanced
    - Avid team-player and loves a challange :)
    - Motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting, not to mention great communication skills :)
    - Creative person and energetic


    What you will do:
    - Recruit top talent, manage and perform full cycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing position)
    - Partner with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidat
    - Prepare recruiting strategy and develop innovative methods to attract candidates
    - Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry: identifying opportunities, issues, strategies, and trends
    - Attending different HR and Recruiting Events
