    Key Functional Requirements:

    - Engineering background
    - Detailed knowledge in development
    - Assertiveness, resilience and excellent communication skills
    - Good level of English spoken and written
    - Very good intercultural abilities
    - Travel (domestic / international)
    - Production know-how


    Key Responsibilities:

    - Functional and disciplinary lead for Project Management Filterelements in the area of AM
    - Team development (including qualification skill matrix creation and periodical reviews) and team motivation
    - Coaching, mentoring and training of employees
    - Continuous development of guidelines, procedures in AM DB and development processes (PDP)
    - Ensure quality of delivered projects
    - Status reporting for projects and team (PAC, SFM, IM)
    - Ensure availability of capacity for product development team
    - Responsible for reaching technical and commercial targets, time to market, quality and innovation
    - Ensure collaboration with the whole project core team on new project development
    - Customer and supplier meetings, ensure to fulfill customers demands (costing, quality and time perspective)
    - Collaborate for Patents environment
    - Cost and budget responsible
    - VA/ VE activity (Value Analysis / Value Engineering)
    - Problem solving and effectively handling customer complaints
    - Responsible for all administrative tasks among the team
    - Assists management with hiring processes
    - Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
