Logistics Coordinator with Advanced English

Requirements:

· 0 -1 year of experience in logistics and transportation;
· Fluent English;
· Expertise in MS Office;
· Able to perform with minimum supervising;
· Great communicator;
· Attention to detail;
· Well organized, good planner.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for transport performance in EMEA network, from ship site by documented delivery to the client, including consolidated shipments;
· Ensures on time delivery to the customers, as per contractual quality and time;
· Daily monitoring of delivery performance, in order to avoid deviations, respecting contractual specification;
· Ensures interface with depots, ship sites, consolidation hubs and relevant carriers. Acts as first escalation point for all distribution channels;
· Supports new projects, improving initiatives of Supply Chain and Logistics Platform activity;
· Identifies and develops improvement opportunities through Logistic Department, having in view delivery time, quality and costs;
· Identifies potential risks in delivery on time and decides on alternatives for reducing the impact;
· Coordinates with relevant departments all operational escalations from internal clients, ensuring issues are solved in time for customers’ satisfaction;
