Your Mission

As a Project Manager Officer you will be part of Continous Improvement and Transition team, which is in charge of change management, developing best managerial practice and Process Management.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Responsible for organizing projects and coordinating the resources involved from SG EBS, SG Paris and local entities;
• Track the activities, manage the budget and report to the sponsor of the project, ensuring compliance with the objectives assigned to the project;
• Deploy collaborative tools spaces, ensure training for operational teams;
• Formalise, deploy, enrich KM strategy for SSC FIN related to training path, operational modes;
• Ensure the structuring and accessibility of operational knowledge;
• Ensure management of change with operational teams;
• Contribution to the global business developments strategy.

A little about You:

• Ability to understand the business of a financial division within an international banking Group;

· Knowledge of web, share point, Jive including configuration/administration;

· Fluency in English & French;

· Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;

· Change Management/Change Leadership, customer centricity;

• Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint presentations).
