    Requirements

    For our client, an internal shared services provider for a multinational company, we are looking for a Senior Advisor to offer support to the Global Head of Accounting.

    Requirements:
    University degree in Finance or related area with excellent grades;
    At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
    Solid understanding of insurance accounting topics;
    Project management capabilities/ experience would be a plus;
    Languages: English (fluent) and one additional language (would be an advantage).

    Responsibilities


    Analyzing data from different initiatives and projects and synthesizing it into valuable information, in order to propose options to the Global Head of Accounting;
    Driving key initiatives and projects;
    Preparing content and recommendations for key meetings for the Global Head of Accounting;
    Making follow-ups for the agreed actions;
    Developing and proposing solutions for operational issues;
    Tracking of internal costs and internal KPIs, coordinating the internal cost planning, accounting performance management, analyzing of survey results;
    Making conceptual work to standardize, align, simplify, and document methodologies, policies, and practices;
    Coordinating and driving communication activities within Accounting, event organization (e.g. Accounting Townhall / offsite).
