    Requirements

    For our client, an internal shared services provider for a multinational company, we are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant.

    Requirements:
    Good communication skills;
    Good organizational skills;
    Customer and service oriented demeanor;
    Proficiency in English;
    Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.

    Responsibilities

    Scheduling and organizing meetings;
    Sending reminders and standard communications;
    Making follow-up on to-dos & action items;
    Preparing presentation documents;
    Coordinating international workshops, including logistics (except bookings), agenda setting, participants;
    Offering assistance and track status of preparations;
    Being responsible for organizing business travels;
    Managing invoices;
    Organizing onboarding of internals and externals.
