Financial Business Analyst (determined period 1.5 years)

Required Skills/Experience:
• accounting knowledge;
• 1-3 years in financial field;

Academic/Educational Requirements:
University graduate on Finance and Accounting

Availability to work in afternoon shifts (10.30-19.30 Monday to Friday).

Key:

Ensures accuracy and completeness in providing value-added analyses on core business drivers to business decision makers by gathering, examining, reconciling and interpreting data and information from multiple sources

Role:

• Assists finance and accounting in follow-up and updating the financial and accounting programs, tactics and procedures;
• Assists finance and accounting in increasing the quality of AR and AP management;
• Cost-Benefit management: Cost- Revenue Analysis
• Assure internal control requirement

You are responsible for:

• Preparing the report and participating to weekly AR meeting
• Process the cash collection thru online platforms
• Month-End Company COGS through Accounts Payables Detail Reconciliation
• Fixed Assets evidence of depreciation for each business unit
• Prepare and book eliminations for inter-companies movements and balances
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and expense schedule
• Critically evaluate data and information gathered from multiple sources (especially data/information of a financial nature) and reconcile variances
• Preparation and Analysis of Month-End Company Revenue, Cost of Sales and Direct Expense Accruals.
• Performing month-end analysis of Company consolidated gross margin per business unit
• Involved in monthly reconciliation of all inbound and outbound minutes billed by and to Company and also various products of the company
• Following the month end closing process with accounting team
• Other projects upon management request
