    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to details
    High ability to work with different cross-functional teams
    Strong influencing and communication skills
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (Designer, InfoPath, etc)
    Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign
    Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
    Flexibility and positivism in approach
    Knowledge and passion for arts

    Basic knowledge of JavaScript
    Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop
    Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex change management environment, be able to manage changing priorities, and arrangements in tight timelines
    Demonstrate the professional competence to provide high-level communications with the ability to influence senior leadership
    Capability to understand the business agenda and proactively translate this into meaningful, relevant and engaging to the audience
    High level of empathy, responsiveness and relationship orientation
    High ability to work with different cross-functional teams


    University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism
    Advanced English language
    Typically 3+ years of experience in communication related activities


    The profile would require to manage and be SPOC for end-to-end internal communication activities for HP Inc. Romania site which will include design of internal communication governance model, execution of site communication strategy as per site council guidelines along with support of all functions on communication matters.

    Internal Communication Strategy Deployment:

    Facilitate the design, management, and execution of site communication strategy, with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement
    Aligns with global strategy for various internal activities on employee engagement
    Analyze best utilization on various internal communication channels and identifies suitable communication channel for the site effectiveness
    Recommends communication campaigns, leads discussions on communication calendar and request adherence to agreed communication plan across all channels from all communication actors
    Act as subject matter expert point for all communications sent to the Romanian employees through the key channels: email, newsletter, TV channel, Plexiglas, Bucharest intranet page, etc
    Reviews all communication on site level prior to being sent
    Ensures HP brand guidelines are respected through communication, assessment of communication materials, regular updates of repository, and extended use of approved materials
    Coordinate production and deployment of all internal communication materials
    Coordinates intranet page for the Bucharest location
    Coordinates and manages SharePoint Collection for the Bucharest location containing materials from all site initiatives
    Coordinate Site newsletter publishing covering concept, content, design, articles collection, and printing

    Site Council engagement:

    Collaborates with leadership team to ensure execution of communication initiatives in-line with strategic priorities,
    Prioritize communication materials according to site strategy
    Manage site management communication pack on achievements on a monthly basis to all people managers with employees based in Bucharest
    Create and update site presentation materials with Site PMO and site leadership teams
    Provides relevant market insights

    Events Management:

    Plan and coordinate special events and occasions like season planning and incentives for site support team, and other functions/attendance at site
    Support and supervise the implementation of Site-wide events for programs and initiatives related to the activity of Employee Engagement Groups (e.g. Social Committee, HP Badge, Wellness, CSR Team), Human Resources, and external partnerships (ABSL, HR Management Club, universities etc.).

    Virtual Media Team Engagement:

    Coordinates Internal Media team for all site related activities
    Regularly engages with the media team, builds expertise, and uses their skills for the mutual benefit
    Motivates the team to perform and engages in discussions with their direct managers on performance and approval of time allocation

    Local market analysis:

    Market research and analytics relevant for our field of work such as but not limited to new players, labor force, market dynamics, dynamics, trends, etc
    Champions the planning and engagement with industry for leveraging best practices and benchmarking exercise
    Identify main conferences or events in our field on the market (ABSL, Outsourcing Today, etc)
    Establish and maintain relationships with key associations on the market, identify new potential ones
