    Asset Portfolio Servicing Romania is part of the APS leading company founded in 2004 and headquartered in Prague, the Czech Republic.     ➢ Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare;
    ➢ Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare scrisa si orala;
    ➢ Abilitati de relationare interumana, flexibilitate si adaptabilitate;
    ➢ Comportament adecvat ( limbaj, vestimentatie, reguli de politete);
    ➢ Amabilitate, promptitudine si seriozitate;
    ➢ Cunostinte dezvoltate de limba engleza;
    ➢ Spirit de initiativa;
    ➢ Atentie la detalii si lucrul cu termene limita, organizare si aptitudini generale de invatare;
    ➢ Cunostinte Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), MS Access- poate fi un avantaj;
    ➢ Cunostinte minime de contabilitate primara si raportare financiara;

    Responsabilitati

    ➢ Preluarea si redirectionarea corespondentei si apelurilor telefonice;
    ➢ Pregatirea plicurilor/ borderourilor pentru posta;
    ➢ Activitati de intampinare vizitatori si protocol;
    ➢ Achizitii birotica, consumabile etc.;
    ➢ Receptionare, scanare facturi/contracte furnizori si introducerea acestora pe fluxul de
    aprobare;
    ➢ Efecturare plati pentru societate: furnizori curenti, salarii, contributii la bugetele de stat,
    deconturi, transferuri investitori, transferuri comisioane, taxe aferente procesului de
    recuperare creante si generare extrase zilnice/lunare/ocazionale din aplicatiile de Internet Banking
    ➢ Intretinerea relatiei cu banca cu care societatea colaboreaza;
    ➢ Efectuarea platilor prin casa, completarea registrului de casa zilnic si emiterea de facturi catre clientii societatii;
    ➢ Crearea si implementarea de rapoarte financiare pentru clientii interni si externi;
    ➢ Alte task-uri, rapoarte primite de la managementul societatii.
