    Requirements


    •(+) 4 years’ experience in Order to Cash processes
    •Good interaction with teams
    •Prior experience in Shared Service Centers highly preferred;
    •Previous experience providing Processes and Tools solutions for line managers.
    •Cross-functional enterprise understanding and the ability to work in cross-functional projects
    •Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
    •Capable of managing workload and prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
    •Lean Six Sigma methodology highly appreciated

    Responsibilities

    Process mapping
    •Coordinates detailed process mapping;
    •Coordinates with line managers the analysis of activities and FTE;
    •Coordinates setting of key controls framework;
    •Finds and analyzes data to find and correct any discrepancies and/or identification of processes to improve.

    Process expertise
    •Act as process expert support for designated teams;
    •Provides guidance in handling complex and/or cross-functional problems and works with other functional areas in resolving escalated complaints or dispute;
    •Provides guidance on process specifics and maintains documentation in central repository for all processes and systems;
    •Act as process trainer for designated teams.

    Process changes projects
    •Act as SPOC for new process implementations/changes;
    •Support global and regional projects during transitions, from baselining to steady state, driving fit/gap analysis and remediation actions.

    Performance measurement
    •Develops KPI’s and other reporting and monitoring tools as needed;
    •Covers performance reporting including benchmarking against industry.

    Continuous improvement
    •Drives continuous improvement framework implementation;
    •Ensures data integrity and system optimization within the GBS operations;
    •Covers performance reporting including benchmarking against industry.

    Compliance
    •Adhere to company policies;
    •Complies with the Internal Regulation and the EHS (Employee Health and Safety), the FSF (Fire Safety and Fighting) and Environmental Protection duties laid down under the law;
    •Responsible for keeping confidential the information, as per the internal policy, within the limits of the duties attached to their job;
    •Informs the line manager of any non-compliance identified in their work;
    •Treat everyone with respect, be ethical, lawful and trustworthy;
    •Respects and correctly promotes the image of the company and the code of conduct;
