Database Administrator with English

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree
· 0-2 years of experience in a related field
· Medium-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Experience in reporting, analytics, data base management is preferred
· Good analytics capabilities and ability to identify key insights from multiple data points
· Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required
· Ability to work as active member of a team as well as independently

Responsibilities:

· Performs basic data entry per pre- defined processes
· Enters data in the database a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records.
· Performs data quality analysis and takes corrective action
· Manages the administration of an internal tool/system (grant/remove access, edit user rights, troubleshoot)
· Helps resolve minimally to moderately complex user issues (e.g., access, error troubleshooting) and proactively follows-up to assist users
· Produces analyses and reports using business applications.
