    Active on the Romanian market since 2005, Enel is currently the country’s largest private investor in energy, with operations in power distribution and supply as well as renewable energy production.

    Cerinte

    Bachelor degree;
    1+ years of previous exposure to HR admin and recruitment activities;
    Proven understanding of HR practices and principles;
    Highly organized and able to prioritize;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    Self-starter, proactive thinker;
    Strong analytical skills, good attention to details;
    Proven ability to establish credibility and strong working relationships;
    Solutions and results oriented.
    Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel;
    Strong command of written and spoken Romanian and English.

    Responsabilitati

    As an HR generalist in our team, you will support HR initiatives, strategies and programs to help drive business results at one of the top energy companies through delivery and facilitation of HR best practices and procedures. Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, you will deliver operational and consultative assistance to internal client groups.

    What will you do?

    Provide HR support to HRBP in the areas of recruitment, stay & exit interviews;
    Under the direction of the HRBP, assist in the implementation of promotions, transfers and salary adjustments;
    Assist in recurrent HR processes such as Performance Evaluation, Climate Survey and Learning Programs;
    Assist with tracking various HR metrics by running and updating HR-related reports;
    Manage ad hoc requests and projects.
