For our client, we are currently looking to recruit a Business Finance Analyst.

The Business Finance area comprises of revenue planning, key resources allocation, gross margin management, taking important part in company strategic planning. In the same time, is involved in the monthly reporting process, the annual business planning and controlling of the budget execution. Brings financial business partnering for initiatives, ensures profit flow-rate for incremental projects.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, knowledge and attributes:
• University degree in Economics, Accounting or similar
• In-progress/completed qualification in Finance & Accounting. ACCA, CIMA or similar are preferable
• Strong Accounting Information System knowledge is essential.
• Extensive capabilities in US GAAP reporting, budget control, financial analysis, internal controls
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to use written and oral communication skills to influence management behavior that drive cost control, improve cash flow and emphasizes good internal controls.
• Strong problem solving and an ability to think creatively and generate solutions.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
• Sales finance responsibilities: sales forecasting and sales reporting (daily, weekly) and Hyperion sales KPI’s reporting
• Revenue Deferrals and Revenue Recognitions calculations and reporting according to USGAAP
• Month end closing calculation of provisions and accruals: Obsolescence provision calculation in accordance with US GAAP, sales commissions accruals , inventory reporting
• Prepares celebrity royalty calculations and transfers according to group indications
• Monthly follow up on variance versus the budget; provide explanation and manage variations
• Preparation of regular business analysis reports: Campaign P&L, Launches P&L , Category P&L
• Closely collaboration with budget owners to track and deliver the budget execution
• Actively participate in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Perform SOX Internal controls in the area of responsibility, support for external and internal audit
• Prepare Ad-hoc analysis requested by management
