College degree in related field and minimum 1 year experience in marketing or working in an agency (client service/ digital)
Creatively minded
Basic technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent communications skills
Flexible schedule including weekends for large projects and occasional travel/ events
Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work independently
Aggressive desire to learn
Must be excited to work face to face with people (mostly doctors)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Have the aptitude and ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running

Support on key campaigns across all channels: digital, ATL, SoMe. Making sure that: the SoMe calendar has been implemented as scheduled, sales team has all the necessary materials at the fairs, all materials for all sports events are ordered and activations are implemented.
Ordering all support materials for sales team and branding activities: pens, lanyards, maps, brochures, t-shirts, etc. Making sure all materials are delivered on time.
Keep close to all media, digital & PR agencies, in order to deliver all campaigns and events planned.
Event planning – coordination, delivery and reporting on all activation, fairs, outdoor events. Internal and external events: medical fairs, marathons, launch events for various services or new locations, PR brunches, employee events.
Managing contracts with external suppliers, delivery, follow-up, uploading them all in our system and approving them with the legal department.
Register invoices
Works close with the Brand Manager
Work closely with the hospitals sales team for any materials they need, materials mentioned above.
Keep close to all our sport partnerships to best benefit both parties and build image – making sure all mandatory materials are delivered on time, come up with new ideas for activation, implement activation.
