Junior Recruiter

The candidate we are looking for is:

- A fresh graduate or student in the last year of faculty or master
- Speaks English fluently
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is result oriented and likes to work in a team

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the candidate database and the relationships with the candidates
- Source candidates and post job openings to generate applications
- Resume screening
- Schedule candidates for interviews
- Conduct interviews for entry-level positions together with the Hiring Manager
- Make offers for the selected candidates and coordinate start dates for new hires
