    Requirements

    - Proven technical customer support experience – preferable 2+ years technical support
    - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
    - Must be proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Products: Sharepoint and Service-now
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focused attitude
    - Attention to detail
    - Very reliable
    - Effective deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills
    - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

    Responsibilities

    - Primary function is to provide product technical support for customers – products include Service Now and Share Point.
    - The position implies assisting customers via the phone, email or chat in a quick and friendly manner.
    - Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
    - Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
    - Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    - Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
