    For our client, a company global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, we are looking for Call Center Agents to offer their best support to customers!

    Requirements:

    • Very good communication skills in Romanian;
    • Strong customer orientation;
    • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
    • Computer skills;
    • Medium level of English;
    • University graduate;
    • Previous customer support experience of at least 6 months.

    Responsibilities

    • Processing all incoming phone calls from customers and managing all requests;
    • Receiving and registering the correspondence with customers;
    • Checking the statements and receiving the relevant documents;
    • Redirecting the customers towards insurance centers for damage checking;
    • Counseling the customers by offering the necessary information in order to
    appropriately solve the damage files;
    • Registering in the system the documents received from the customers and
    business partners;
    • Administrative tasks: preparing reports, uploading service files in the system,
    archiving documents.
