SuccessFactors certification – Employee Central module;
3 years’ experience in HR or at least 2 years’ experience in HRIS.
Experience with data manipulation tool (Excel, Power BI);
HR Technology: understands the integrated nature of the HR Technology landscape, including the ability to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
Project Delivery: professionally delivers projects to achieve long-term benefits, maintaining a clear view of the project objectives, risk areas and engagement methodologies required to obtain business buy-in and delivery.
Preference will be given to candidates having the followings:

Proven ability to maintain focus and work efficiently with multiple demands.
Ability to work both independently and part of a team to accomplish tasks.
Strong customer relationship skills, including the ability to influence and guide.

Accountable for ensuring the ongoing support and maintenance of all enabling technology infrastructure and software services to support HR Service delivery working in close co-ordination with HR Technology Team;
Support implementation of project initiatives that impact the HR delivery model, liaising with appropriate 3rd Parties and BAT IT to assess the impact and planning their implementation in line with existing HR activities.
Is Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) in relation to management of HR technology landscape.
Collaborate with BAT IT to ensure the effective administration of core HR enabling technologies.
Ensure that a positive user experience is delivered and maintained for all employees accessing HR enabling technology products.
Develop and maintain methods, tools, supports and reference materials to run and maintain assigned HR enabling technologies.
Build long term relationship and trust.
