    For our partner, a fast growing company with multiple software and infrastructure projects running in parallel, with great teams situated in Romania, France, Switzerland, Spain and the UK we are looking for a professional Technical Product Owner to lead the company’s efforts to develop roadmap and implement Support custom solutions.

    The role entails technical project management, process implementation, and establishment of clear communication channels and direction.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    At least 3 years of relevant technical product owner or similar experience on high volume web products;
    Must technical studies;
    Technical background needed – engineering degree highly appreciated.
    Experience with analytics, user & market analysis tools;
    Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and application layer technologies support to troubleshooting and identify issues;
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others, resolve conflicts, and lead a Product Delivery Team;
    Technical Product Development & Management;
    Very good Leadership Skills -must;
    Requirements Analysis;


    Job Responsibilities:

    Researches, defines, prioritizes and documents product requirements, user stories and design for feature enhancements for existing and new application modules.
    Defines / maintains product strategy / vision / roadmap;
    Represents in development and gathers feedback / information / requirements from all stakeholders;
    Takes ownership and manages assigned product through all phases of product life cycle;
    Communicates and coordinates with constituents on proposed solutions, status and timeline for delivery;
    Delivers internal and external product training on new feature enhancements or modules;
    Serves as a product expert, and understands the market and user workflow;
    Collaborates with Software Development Department staff to deliver solutions to meet end user and market needs;
    Monitors performance of solutions through metrics including customer satisfaction surveys;
    Identifies enhancements and owns the product backlog;
    Understands market trends and technology advancements;
    Incorporates knowledge into product plans;
    Conceptualizes new products or features for development based on customer awareness and/or research;
    Contributes to the strategic and operational planning for the solutions team.
