    Requirements

    Senior Business Specialist Skills /Qualifications:



    Fluency in English is a must;
    Strong Excel knowledge is a must (advanced formulas, basic macros);
    University degree required, preferable Accounting degree. Finance, payroll, taxation or other finance qualifications will be a plus;
    Previous knowledge of working with various reporting tools or database solutions is a plus
    Previous knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively and calmly;
    Must have good presentation skills and able to manage conference calls in a professional manner
    Organized, ability to meet deadlines in an orderly manner and strong detail orientation;
    Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during early mornings and evenings;
    Ability to work remotely using existing technologies and understand cultural differences;
    Smart, energetic, ability to work across multiple countries.

    Experience:

    2 years of reporting / business analysis / audit experience
    4-6 years of total work experience

    Job Title: Global Payroll Reporting Specialist

    Department: Payroll – GPO Organization

    Position reports to: Senior Manager, Global Payroll Processes and Accounting Projects

    Main objective of the job:


    Develop and maintain reporting solutions and tools for Global Payroll Operations. Ensures accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of reporting for senior payroll management and other internal stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    Creates the monthly Global Payroll Dashboard with the key performance indicators for the Global Payroll Organization by consolidating data from various sources (internal systems and platforms, vendor reports etc); explains reasons for the main variances;
    Develops and maintains reporting solutions and tools for Global Payroll Operations
    Reviews the payroll department global expenses against forecast and budget and understands the sources and reasons for variances of actual from budget and forecast
    Assists and coordinates project implementation in the GPO Processes Team
    Assists in monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and Sarbanes Oxley payroll controls
    Assists in the coordination of global payroll audits (internal and external)
    Coordinates and reviews the billing process for global payroll vendors
