    • University degree
    • A minimum of 5 years experience as recruiter with focus on professionals and leadership roles in an international environment
    • Experienced in project management with a focus on assessment and development centers
    • Fluent in English
    • Result driven with strong communication skills
    • Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile


    • End-to-end recruitment of all positions, mainly focused on professionals and leadership roles in all departments within the organization
    • Full responsibility of assessment and development center approaches within the country in close collaboration with the group
    • Active role in international projects related to talent acquisition and identification to move the team one step ahead
    • Strategic Workforce Planning in collaboration with other local HR-departments
    • Budgeting and KPI-tracking
