    Requirements:

     University Degree
     Min 1 year experience in a similar position within a multinational company - would be an advantage
     Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
     English – Advanced level
     Analytical thinking, attention to details, positive attitude focused on problem solving,
     Time management & organization skills, able to perform multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders
     Demonstrate a high level of energy and personal responsibility for individual and team goals
     Good team worker, able to build relationships within departments and functions Integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex and often changing environment
     Ability to withstand pressure and meet deadlines and commitments
     Deep loyalty and confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, intuition
     Determination, punctuality, sense of urgency and prioritization

    Responsabilitati

    Key Accountabilities:

     Manages all administrative activities related to concerned department
     Ensures, in close relationship with managers, smooth deployment of key managerial activities: planning and organizing activities, coordination and monitoring
     Provides ongoing support on various administrative activities
     Introduces and records contracts in company dedicated tools
     Provides support on archiving, accommodation, meeting rooms, travel arrangements, payment of different fees for participation
     Prepares different documents in company’ dedicated tools; receives the goods and services
     Responsible for data verification of invoices and contracts from suppliers, collecting supporting documents, scanning and attaching relevant documents, sending originals to accounting for archiving
