Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a new colleague to fill the role of SCRUM MASTER who will bring passion and dedication to this job.

What we’re looking for?

• Very Good knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Kanban;
• Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and (Agile) application lifecycle management (Atlassian software preferably);
• 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams
• Scrum Master certification (CSM I/II, PSM I/II) mandatory
• Ability to manage organizational change initiative;
• Very good people management skills: motivate, observe, give feedback and help individuals grow teams;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Basic knowledge of architecture, design, development and testing is required; at minimum, a higher level of understanding technical issues is needed;
• Innovative thinking and organizing are essential skills;
• Flexible and resilient; willingness to take initiative to create approaches to complex problems;
• Good adaptability to fast changing circumstances;
• Excels in commitment and integrity;
• Scaling frameworks knowledge and experience is a plus (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Spotify)
• Good experience in providing guidance and facilitating improvements within Scrum teams

• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management;
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
• Understanding product planning in an empirical environment;
• Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value;
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Scrum Master Service to the Development Team
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Helping the Development Team to create high-value products;
• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
• Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
• Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;
• Planning Scrum implementations within the organization;
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development;
• Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team;
• Scrum Master works with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
