Job Description

• Determined period: 6 months, Part-time/Full-time

• Offer support to the Steelcase Sales Teams in creating Mock Up experience design graphics
• Supporting templates, assist with presentation touchups and brand consistency check-up in visual communications
• Support the Creative Experience Designer when collaborating with the proposal specialist in the proposal development with creative ideas
• Capture key learning and share with the team
• Collaborate in a team setting as well as individually
• Maintain the internal workflow tool up to date

• Graphic design skills
• Knowledge of design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic html and Wordpress knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Ability to provide appealing design solutions that are cutting edge with current trends as well as effective in responding to customer requirements
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Great interpersonal communication (written and oral)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team setting as well as individually
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to details
• Basic understanding of the application of principles, concepts and practices of the profession of proposal management
• Fluent in English and German

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably BFA (Arts) or Design
