    Responsibilities:

    •     Provide formal reviews on contract drafts based and support the development of the standardization of the review process/content;
    •     Maintain all relevant documents with regards to such as contract documents, contractual amendments, .
    •     execute and maintain the contractual amendment process end-to-end and support its further development in order to increase the effectiveness of the process
    •     Prepare regular contract related reports and maintain the data base for the respective reports (such as: overview contractual landscape, framework overviews with customers)
    •      Support  with compliance & governance activities including documentation of evidences for CCM owned key controls- auditing & compliance;
    •     Maintain the self-presentation of the contracting department within the intranet.

    Requirements:

    •     University degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields;
    •     Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
    •     German speaking is an advantage;
    •     Minimum 2 years previous experience in contract management/ IT project management;
    •      Advanced Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
