    Catalyst Solutions manages Hipo.ro, a career website focused on young professionals, students and graduates, but also the biggest career events: Angajatori de Top, Top Talents, Dev Talks, Think Leadership, Hipo Boot Camps, Targul Virtual pentru Absolventi, Ghidul Angajatorilor, Angajatori de TOP Virtual.

    We have the privilege of working with some of the most well-known companies in the world: IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Deloitte, EY Romania, Mondelez Romania, KING, HP, Bergenbier, Hilti, Unilever, BRD Groupe Societe Generale, P&G, Coca-Cola HBC, L'Oreal.

    We are looking for a freelancer, who will be involved project-based in our copywriting campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences;
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands;
    • Experience creating a full spectrum of communications: social media, website/blog, press releases, public relations, white papers, ghostwriting articles/features, battle cards, data sheets, media pitches, bios, presentations and media kits;
    • Marketing copywriting experience: be able to show us persuasive concepts, headlines and creative copy;
    • Experience with SEO;
    • Openness to new, tech oriented person and passionate about online;
    • Commitment to deadlines;
    • Attention to details.
    Responsibilities:
    • Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, sales pages) for our campaigns;
    • Edit and proofread copy as needed;
    • Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach;
    • Create the messaging, positioning and collateral for communication, including headlines, words and graphics that drive demand and display clear business value;
    • Review and enforce brand and corporate messaging guidelines across our online and offline presence.
