Our Enterprise GSC offers 24/7 multi-channel access, multi-language support in 6 different languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and German) and IT platforms used by our engineers to solve our customers’ problems. Huawei Enterprise Romania GSC is made of several teams: Marketing & Channel Support Center, Customer Care Representatives, Spare Parts Center, Network Operation Center, Technical Assistance Center and Remote Delivery Center.

In Romania we have 2 offices, located in Bucharest and Timisoara, with over 150 HCNP (Huawei Certified Network Professional) and HCIE (Huawei Certified Internetwork Expert) employees.

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a:

Compliance Manager

Location: Bucharest

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the organization’s Data Protection Officer.

• Monitors compliance with the GDPR, ISO 27001 and internal data protection policies & procedures.

• Assigns responsibilities, continues the awareness training and embeds a strong privacy culture throughout the organization.

• Advises on Data Privacy Impact Assessments, their implementation and outcomes.

• Acts as the point of contact for all data protection issues and data breach reporting.

• Develops and implements an annual data privacy audit plan with a strategic, risk-based approach.

• Ensures that data protection and related activities are at the heart of the organization’s initiatives through coordination across all teams and departments.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role around data protection compliance or as a Data Protection Officer.

• Strong knowledge of data privacy legislation (GDPR, DPA 2018 and PECR).

• Experience in managing data subject requests, incidents and breaches.

• Strong knowledge of ISMS frameworks and the ISO27001 standard requirements.

• Knowledge of Cyber Security risks, PCI DSS and other information security standards.

• Understanding the internal audit and compliance procedures.
