FINANCIAL MANAGER

•Bachelor degree in economics;
•Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial & management accounting;
•Experience in auditing is a plus;
•Advanced English is mandatory;
•Proven abilities in the Romanian legislation (related to financial and HR topics) is a must;
•Strong reporting skills;
•Proven managerial abilities;
•Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic automotive sector.

•Performs full set of accounts and ensures the accounts timely closing;
•Responsible for monitoring and interpreting the cash flows, forecasting the future trends;
•Responsible for the day to day finance and accounts operations;
•Ensures that the annual monitoring is carried out;
•Manages the external relationships with the appropriate contacts, e.g. solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Financial Authorities;
•Draws up accurate financial reports according to specific deadlines;
•Develops and maintains the internal control and effective accounting system and policies, according to the in force law.
