    Responsibilities:



    * Manages the talent management system;
    * Provides support to employees in terms of process and use of the talent management system.
    * Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle for different target groups;
    * Prepares the KPI reports for the department;
    * Implements and monitors the employees' surveys;
    * Provides support in various local or central HR projects.
