    Your Team:

    o You will be supporting the global Customer Operations Services within Global Business Operations. You will work with cross-functional professionals and stakeholders across our organization.

    Your Impact:

    o You will provide administrative support to the Customer Operations Services team and supporting important initiatives related to order management training administration on booking and revenue. You will support our key initiatives within our departments. You will be part of a team making these initiatives successful. You deliver consistent results and engagement to help our customers and stakeholders become and feel successful.

    Your Day-To-Day:

    o You will provide support and process transactions related to order, revenue, invoice. Your role will include assisting the management on daily operational activities within the Customer Operations Services department. Partner with our stakeholders by answering questions, providing needed guidance and participate on problems resolutions in order to build a long term relationship. Participate in the development of improvement initiatives, policies and procedures to achieve specific department goals.
