    For our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we are looking for SFDC Advance Administrator with English, in Bucharest.

    Salesforce Advanced Administrator – technical support and administrator for SFDC
    3+ Years of Salesforce Expertise
    Salesforce Certified – Admin Essentials – minimum
    Salesforce Certified – Advanced Admin – preferred
    Knowledge of Salesforce Workflows, Process Builder, Visual Flows will be an asset
    Understanding of object-oriented databases, including SQL queries
    Experience with Salesforce Development and Coding will be an advantage

    Responsabilitati

    Job Description:

    * Escalated Case Management (Monitors, takes action, assigns and closes escalated cases) - Supports users by assessing complex issues and resolving them or addressing them with IT if required
    * Solutioning and configuring Salesforce – Alignment with Capability Leads and Business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide assessment and recommend a solution design to be delivered using native SFDC functionality and governed through Change Requests implementation and approved projects. Topic areas can include:
    - Adding or modifying picklist values
    - Updating profiles and permission sets
    - Updating or creating new page layouts
    - Adding new fields and managing Field-Level Security
    - Creating or modifying Workflow Rules, Validation Rules and Process Builder's Processes
    - Creating new custom buttons, quickly or object specific actions
    - Creating or modifying Entitlements/Entitlement Processes
    - Creating or modifying new record types
    - Creating or modifying email templates
    - Creating new objects and managing access to them
    - Creating new Reports and Dashboards
    - Develop Support readiness documentation

    * May perform data updates and clean-up using Dataloader or Workbench tools
    * Will review and communicate new administration processes to Regional Frontline Teams
    · Will identify areas of de-coding and propose standard, scalable SFDC Solutions
    · May perform system audit checks related to user access or system data
    · Audit system data for accuracy, completion and compliance
    · Support with MTP and Hotfix Deployment activities
    · Supports Mission Critical Case Escalations
