    This role will provide administrative support to Directors in the Home Care category to maximize their personal productivity and the efficiency of their teams. Home Care is a fast-growing P&G category with love brands such as Fairy, Swiffer, Mr Proper and Ambi Pur. The headquarters for the business globally and regionally for Europe, India, Middle East and Africa are in Geneva. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania and requires travel to Geneva 3 times per year for 2-3 days.

    Job Responsibilities Are:

    Meeting scheduling and calendar management

    • Organize meetings with complex logistics and multiple participants
    • Manage proactively calendar conflicts to avoid double-booking

    Travel booking and expense reports

    • Lead travel booking and itinerary preparation
    • Manage expense reports timely

    Organization administration

    • Ensure organization charts and distribution lists are up to date
    • Ensure MOI forms on behalf of the leaders are done timely

    Build the Home Care community

    • Manage organization events

    Automation

         - Leverage technology to automate work

    Qualifications:

    • University degree
    • Excellent written and oral command of Romanian and English language
    • Communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong planning and coordinating skills
    • Strong excel skills
    • Ability to work in a volatile and fast changing environment
    • Ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures and seniority levels
    • Experience in office administration will be considered a plus
