Senior Software Developer

EY Wavespace is looking for young and creative minds to help our team located in Bucharest, Romania developing innovative software solutions as Senior Software Developers.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic to work on innovative software development projects
• 4-5 years of programming / software development background
• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) and the .NET Framework
• Experienced in designing and building REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or other DB technologies
• Strong understanding of software development patterns and trends
• Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Proven track with Agile Development/Scrum methodology
• Willing to act as mentor for the Junior Software Developers
• Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English
• BS/MS degrees in fields related to Software Engineering or Information Technology (. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering)

You will

• Work in a multidisciplinary and open-minded team of young professionals
• Analyze requirements for specific client scenarios, appropriate prototypes and other innovative solutions
• Design, build and test software solutions to integrate standard API front end interfaces with pluggable resource components that conform to a standard data model
• Develop well structured, maintainable and easy to understand code using a test-driven development approach
• Test to ensure that the completed work meets the client requirements and the initial design
• Deliver projects under time-limited conditions, and be willing to iterate through several different implementations before the final one is chosen.
• Coach the Junior Software Developers to ensure that the code is managed and controlled according to the source control strategy and development standards
