What are you actually going to do?
• Call clients (welcome calls, calls for marketing campaigns etc). Calls are made according to a predefined script.
• Offer support to customers by phone or e-mail and
• Offer basic support to customers for the use of

• Answer to reception inbound calls.
What do we ask of you?
• University degree or student ID.
• Previous experience in client-service related areas.
