    Requirements

    - organized, responsible, detail oriented, pro-active behavior
    - knowledge of MS Office and at user level
    - university studies in progress or completed with any specialization
    - at least 1 year experience in an administrative capacity
    - experience with ordering goods and services as well as with communication with suppliers
    - ability to work in a team and understand multinational working environment

    Responsibilities

    - providing administrative support for the whole office
    - office suppliers research and evaluation
    - processing suppliers invoices & reminders concerning payments
    - petty cash processing & inventory
    - communication with local IT provider
    - IT hardware inventory
    - entrance cards processing
    - organizing meetings and events
    - solving business trips arrangements, ordering flight tickets and accommodation
    - ordering cartridges / toners / other services and goods in case of need
