• Coordinating the recruiting projects for field operators according with internal systems and policies;
• Job postings, screening applicants, candidates sourcing;
• Conducts interviews for field operators project;
• Identifying new recruiting channels in order to find suitable candidates for all kind of profiles;
• Manage candidates database;
