    Responsabilitati

    • Deal with secretarial tasks (answer telephone calls, receive visitors, protocol etc.)
    • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
    • Support in office purchasing activities
    • Sorting and distributing incoming mail post and organizing and sending outgoing mail post
    • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
    • Manage expenditures
    • Oversee inventory
    • Parking places allocation
    • Assure new employee pack / leaving employee returning pack: inventory registration and papers, issue badge, office supplies, allocate a desk and update office sitting chart, security induction, phone purchase, alarm code allocation
    • Contact person and liaison with building administration staff whenever a problem occurs, office maintenance and organization
    • Activate badges and visitor cards
    • Receive / send internal / external correspondence and parcels
