    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    “Power user” expertise with h/c tracker: in-depth understanding of its build up, operational challenges, development opportunities
    Ability to further develop existing solution and contribute to the development of technology that would allow to significantly simplify the process and optimise resources
    Visibility of existing solutions, understanding of interdependences
    Capable of providing clear guidance and training others in using h/c tracker
    High attention to detail with strong Excel and analytical skills
    Strong business understanding and commercial awareness and has confidence and skills to interact with both HR and business stakeholders
    Understands OD principles, metrics, benchmarks
    Strong project management skills, follow up discipline
    Experience of operating in a complex geographical / functional matrix organization
    Previous experience with SAP BPC or Workforce Planning tool equivalent is desirable
    Experience in delivering training sessions to stakeholders
    Open to international travel
    Tenacity, resilience to continue to deliver in times of organisational change

    Responsabilitati

    Principal Accountabilities

    Execute timely and accurate OE (including headcount tracker) reporting and create quality insights in order to facilitate the identification of opportunities to optimise and shape new/existing OD initiatives.
    Apply agreed global standards and governance to ensure consistency in the way organisational headcount is presented, interpreted and used
    Collaborate with HR systems team to develop and execute headcount tracker and reporting guidelines to ensure simpler and more robust data collection process.
    Contribute to the definition, design and development of business relevant OE dashboard and reporting metrics.
    Managing a team of 3 analysts providing support and coordination of the global headcount and employment cost process.
