    Cerinte

    - Experienta de minim 1 an in gestionarea unui magazin sau a unei echipe;
    - Excelente abilitati interpersonale si de comunicare;
    - Orientare catre client;
    - Atentie la detalii;
    - Capacitatea de a gestiona sarcini multiple;
    - Cunostinte de MS Office (excel);
    - Cunostinte minime de contabilitate primara;
    - Studii medii/superioare.

    Responsabilitati

    - Esti responsabil de toate aspectele operationale si rentabilitatea magazinului desemnat;
    - Te asiguri ca nivelul serviciilor oferite clientilor din magazin este conform standardelor companiei;
    - Asiguri implementarea tuturor campaniilor si activitatilor de vanzare din magazin potrivit standardelor companiei;
    - Monitorizezi, evaluezi si raportezi catre managerul de zona indicatorii de vanzari;
    Asiguri si efectuezi evaluarea, instruirea si perfectionarea personalului;
    - Esti la curent cu produsele si activitatile de vanzare;
    - Gestionezi operatiunile casei de marcat, retururile si nemultumirile venite din partea clientilor;
    - Organizezi si participi la inventarierea stocului de marfa;
    Intocmesti documentele contabile.
