    Daca ai absolvit recent Facultatea de Psihologie sau Facultatea de Sociologie si iti doresti o cariera in resurse umane, atunci te asteptam in echipa noastra.

    Ne-ar placea sa:

    - Ai foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare
    - Ai o mare dorinta de a invata si de a te dezvolta
    - Fii atent/a la detalii si sa lucrezi bine in echipa
    - Stii limba engleza la nivel mediu-avansat
    - Cunosti pachetul Microsoft Office

    Responsabilitati

    Pentru inceput principala ta responsabilitate va fi sa inveti, pentru ca nu iti solicitam experienta in domeniu. Dupa aceasta etapa, vei avea de gestionat procese de recrutare si selectie pentru pozitiile entry-level din companie:

    - Folosirea multiplelor canale de identificare a candidatilor
    - Screening CV-uri, interviuri telefonice, programarea candidatilor la interviuri
    - Sustinerea interviurilor si acordare feedback candidatilor implicati in procesele de selectie
    - Interactiune constanta cu reprezentantii departamentelor pentru care recrutezi
