EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. The company is profitable, has over EUR 100m in annual revenues, and has 700 employees in offices across ten countries in Europe, Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remained a founder-owned private company.

• Passion, enthusiasm and a great desire to learn are absolutely mandatory;
• Experience in recruitment (the more the better) is good to have;
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology are preferable;
• Fantastic grasp of the English language;
• Passion for technology and IT;
• Team player (working well within a team, capable of interacting and understanding other employees);
• Excellent communication skills (written, telephonic and live);
• Diplomatic and kind;
• Not easily scared by a high work volume;
• Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law – nice to have;
• Open minded and flexible.
