•High school graduated/University studies
•Good command of English, both spoken and written
•Good knowledge of MS Office
•Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills
•Well organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver
•Previous similar experience is an advantage
•Handles incoming calls from clients and potential customers;
•Greets visitors, answers questions and directs them to the appropriate individuals
•Taking messages when required
•Receives and distributes correspondence
•Performs additional clerical tasks (conference room booking, invoices checking)
